최근 광고 시청에 대한 문의가 잦아 정리해드리고자 합니다.

광고가 나오지 않는 현상을 찾기 위해 저희가 가지고 있는 기기(LG Gpro2, LG V10, 삼성 S6엣지, 삼성 S4)로 테스트를 했었습니다.

와이파이가 full로 뜨는 안정된 곳에서 테스트 하였으며 그 결과 모든 기기의 시청이 10번이상 여러 번 정상적으로 나왔습니다.

준비중 현상은 와이파이를 끄고 터치를 하니 나타나며 다시 바로 와이파이를 키고 게임을 재실행하면 다시 광고가 출력 되는 것을 확인하였습니다.

외출 시 카페나 지하철 등 와이파이가 불안전한 곳에서 광고를 시청하시게 되면 인터넷 환경이 좋지 않아 준비중 현상이 나올 수 있습니다.

그리고 하루 치의 볼 수 있는 광고의 수를 모두 소진하여 발생한 사항일 수 있습니다.

모두 소진된 광고 약 25개가 24시간 기준으로 리셋이 되는 것이 아니라 정확히 24시간 기준으로 광고가 채워지게 됩니다. 따라서, 만약 오늘 10시에 10개 1시에 15개를 보았다면, 다음날 10시에 10개 순차적으로 1시에 15개를 다시 볼 수 있습니다.

타 게임에서 저희와 같은 회사의 광고를 시청하여 모두 소진하였다면 광고가 나오지 않을 수 있습니다.

마지막으로 광고는 저희가 타 회사에서 제공받아 서비스를 하고 있기 때문에 해당 서버가 불안정하면 이와 같은 현상이 발생할 수 있습니다. 타 회사의 서버 불안정 문제는 저희가 해결해드리기 어렵습니다.
