13-card rummy is the most commonly played format of the game. Here are its rules and concepts:
In 13-card rummy, each player gets 13 cards at the start.
It can be played between 2 to 6 players.
This game has multiple variations including Points, Pool 101, Pool 201, Pool 61, 2 Deals, and 3 Deals.
