Evita l’intrús (Edició Estiu) té com a idea principal treballar la discriminació d’objectes sota un context o temàtica concreta. En aquesta segona edició la temàtica o context és l’època estiuenca.
L’objectiu del joc és que els jugadors toquin aquells objectes que estan relacionats amb l’estiu i evitin aquells que són més propis d’altres festivitats o èpoques com podria ser el nadal i la neu.
En el moment en que el jugador toca un dels objectes correctes sumarà punts però, per altre banda, quan toqui els objectes que no són correctes se li restaran. Existeix un sistema de vides el qual disminueix quan deixem passar un objecte correcte i aquest desapareix per la part inferior de la pantalla.
S’ha creat un menú principal el qual permet escollir la dificultat, en aquest cas la velocitat inicial en que apareixen els diferents objectes, i amb quantes vides es vol jugar per tal de personalitzar millor a les habilitats de cada jugador. Durant el joc la velocitat també s’incrementa gradualment.
Existeixen avisos sonors per tal d’anunciar si la resposta que s’ha escollit és correcta o no. També s’ha implementat un botò per tal de mutejar la música en cas que sigui necessari per a la comoditat dels jugadors.
