Soldier vs Alien is a futuristic defense game with lots of references to classics of the genre. There are two basic game modes: Campaign, in which you’ll have to carry out dozens of short-missions including different challenges; and Survival mode, in which you’ll have to face hordes of enemies until the last breath.

Gameplay is quite easy: move the guy across the screen (up/down) and tap the enemies to shoot at them. That easy. When one alien jump over you, tap on yourself to destroy it. However, that would affect your HP bar: try not to run out of it.

There are different aliens classes, plus the Queen, more than 9 worlds and up to 50 levels. Weaponry and equipment can be upgraded in order to be able to face the increasing difficulty campaings.

Graphics are simple but keep the essence of the classic shoot’em up which make them interesting. Screentouch response is acceptable. The game runs smooth even on low-end devices. No complaints regarding performance.

If you are really into defense shoot’em ups, this is one you shouldn’t miss. Recommended.
